Lauren uses a holistic and integrative approach in her practice. She specializes in Client-Centered approaches, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Expressive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
In addition to providing therapy, Lauren is a Mental Health Community Advocate, a Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, through the National Council for Wellbeing, a Master Trainer in Adverse Childhood Experiences, Trauma Informed Care, and a facilitator of the various Cognitive Behavioral Programming.
