BLOSSOM & THRIVE: POSTPARTUM SUPPORT WORKSHOP

This workshop is intended for mothers with children between the ages of birth and 2 years old.

Topics for the workshop will include:

• Establishing Healthy Sleep Habits (presented by Kim Marie-Ferrol, Pediatric Sleep Specialist, CD, CBS, Owner Vela Haven)
• Postpartum Mental Health and Intimacy (presented by Christine Coyle, LCSW-C, Co-owner Anchored Hope Therapy)
• Craniosacral Feeding Support (presented by Shelbi Miles, LMT, Co-owner Annapolis Alchemists)
