Week One/March 14th:
Connecting with your Partner 101- Learning how to care for your “couple bubble” through the Intentional Dialogue and Appreciations.
Week Two/March 28th:
Learning about what we bring to our relationships- How we chose our partner and ways to heal our relationship wounds.
Week Three/April 11th:
Creating a Mindful and Wise Brain Relationship– Using our wise brain to create compassion for our partner and ourselves, identifying the big and little energies in our relationships, and using mindfulness to bring us to a happier place.
Week Four/April 25th
Getting Your Needs Met and Bringing The Romance Back Into Your Relationship- Healthy ways to get our needs met and ask for what we want from our partner as well as how to bring fun and passion back into our partnerships.
