HEALING WORK

Therapy With Me… I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings. I work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, maintaining sobriety, interpersonal relationship concerns, and self-esteem.

My therapeutic style is person-centered and focused upon helping you identify and reach your goals. Each client is treated with respect, empathy and dignity. My approaches are often a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Together we identify your goals and collaboratively work through the process of achieving them.
