Healing Work

Therapy with me:  Therapy with me is what it needs to be for you. You are the expert of your life and experience, and I am here to meet your needs to the best of my ability.

My impacting identities/roles that inform my work: I value integrity, honesty, and respect. Our relationship will be based in mutual respect. I believe relationships are the foundation for what can bring meaning and enjoyment to life.

I feel informed and knowledgeable about:  Family dynamics, trauma, parenting, addiction, mental health, substance abuse—working with people!

I work best with clients who: Have a desire to give therapy a chance.

I am not a good clinical fit for clients who: I am open to building a therapeutic relationship with anyone—even if you are ambivalent towards therapy.

What makes me unique: I will meet you where you are, and I know how to support you in meeting your goals at your own individualized pace.

Learning and Growing

I am always looking to learn and grow as a person and as a helper in this field.

Fun Facts/Resilience Building

–My family first and foremost along with the few friends I have that I consider family. I also have two crazy golden retrievers who I would say also play a large role as my support system.

–Taking care of myself! This is not an easy task for most, but self-care is vital for any person.
