What to Expect

We offer a range of services from a one-time only assessment to ongoing treatment. What you can expect in scheduling an appointment:

Call 410-972-4529 or email info@anchoredhopetherapy.com for our current out-of-pocket fees. We can help support you in filing reimbursement requests through your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.

A Diagnostic Evaluation appointment includes meeting your therapist and discussing what brings you to therapy. You will complete and discuss necessary paperwork to proceed with therapy. We will address any questions you may have during this session. In addition, we will identify and discuss your treatment goals for future sessions. Diagnostic Evaluations are 60 minutes.

After the Diagnostic Evaluation, each session will last 45-50 minutes.

At this time, we charge full-fee for out-of-network sessions. We are in-network providers with CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. Reimbursement Request paperwork, to be submitted by client to the insurance company, can be provided upon request. We accept FSA/HSA cards, Credit/Debit cards, Check or Cash.

We will individualize the time, intensity, and frequency of therapy sessions to fit your needs.  We understand the need for flexibility in hours and scheduling. Talk to your therapist further about your scheduling needs.
